No need to set anything up in advance. Each tool is introduced when you need it.
What this is — and what it isn’t
Not a branding workshop. You’ll need to come in with a business name and some idea of your brand — things like colours, fonts and the feel you want. We’ll use those to create your website, but we won’t be creating your logo, business name or brand identity here.
Not an online shop or booking system. Already use Square, Shopify or a booking platform? Great. Your website can link straight to it. We’ll build the website around those tools rather than trying to replace them.
You don’t need to be an AI expert. But you should have used ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini before. If you’re completely new to AI, have a play first — it’s much easier to learn the website side when AI itself isn’t brand new too.

If you complete all 10 lessons within the 14 days and build your website as the program sets out — an information-based small-business site with a contact form — but it still isn’t live, tell me. I’ll work with you one-to-one to get it sorted.

Requirements, design, build, test, publish: I’ve worked across all of it, and that’s the process you’ll follow at small-business scale. I’ll be there throughout the 14 days to answer questions, help you when you’re stuck and make sure you’re not trying to figure it all out on your own.
I’m really not technical. Can I actually do this?+
Yes, this is built for you. Each lesson focuses on a clear part of building your website, with a guide and prompts to use and a real example to follow. And when you get stuck, you ask me or the group.
You don’t need to be good at AI, but you shouldn’t be completely new to it. If you’ve never used it, spend a couple of weeks playing with ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini before we start.
How is this different from Wix or Squarespace?+
Your site’s files are kept outside the AI builder, somewhere you own. That means you can move to another AI tool or hand it to a human developer later. You also learn what you’re building, so changing it isn’t a mystery.
How much time does it take?+
There are 10 lessons across a 14-day guided period, with around 20 hours of work in total, based on our guinea pigs’ experience.
Some lessons are quicker than others, and there are a few that will need a good couple of hours. That’s why you have 14 days rather than 10 — you can work through the program at your own pace and plan the longer sessions around your week. You’ll also get a lesson schedule so you know what to expect from each one!
What if I fall behind?+
The lessons are self-paced within the 14 days, you keep access to the materials for 30 days, and the Skool community stays open to you after that.
Is the $197 everything?+
$197 AUD covers the program. You’ll also pay providers directly for a paid AI subscription (about $30/month), Lovable (about $40 for one month) and your domain (typically $10–$70 a year). Canva’s free plan is enough, and free hosting options are available. These costs are approximate and may change.
Having one built for you typically costs $1,000–$4,000, plus usually a fee every time you want it changed. This comes in around $300 all up, and the website is yours.
Will this cover my logo and branding?+
You’ll create a simple brand sheet as part of the program, covering things like your colours, fonts, imagery and the overall feel you want for your website. You’ll then use this to keep your site looking consistent and professional.
What it doesn’t include is creating your brand from scratch — so you’ll need to come in with your business name, logo (if you have one) and some idea of the look and feel you want. We won’t be designing a new logo or developing a full brand identity as part of website.sorted.
Do I need a paid AI plan?+
You’ll probably want one. We use AI heavily in the first few lessons to build your website, and the free versions can be a bit limiting.
Our website.sorted guinea pigs also found their AI subscription handy for troubleshooting, reviewing their website copy and even providing design feedback.
A paid plan for ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini is around $30 a month. You’ll only need one, and you can always cancel or switch back to the free version when you’re done.

When you first log in, there’s a short intro video from me showing you around.
It’s also where the community continues after the 14-day guided period, so you can keep asking questions, sharing your progress and getting support from the group.
I already take bookings or sell through another system. Will that work?+
Yes. If you use a booking app, Square, Shopify or similar, your website can link to it. The program doesn’t build the booking system or shop itself.
What if I don’t get my site live?+
That’s what the guarantee is for.
If you complete all 10 lessons within the 14 days and build your website as the program sets out, but it still isn’t live, tell me. I’ll work with you one-to-one to get it sorted — or, if you’d rather, I’ll refund you in full. Your call.
