↑ a practical, kitchen-table kind of way.
her.sorted is hands-on mentoring in technology, AI & business systems — for the women running small businesses. From someone who’s spent years leading teams in tech, and also juggling the admin side of a small trade business at the kitchen table.
Most people don’t need more software. They need someone to help them make sense of what they’ve already got. When the doors open, I’ll work with you 1:1 — untangle the messy bits, find where AI genuinely helps, and build your confidence with the tech behind your business. No jargon. No judgement. No ten new apps you’ll never open.
One short email when I’m live. No spam, no funnels, scout’s honour.
Heads-down talking to women in business — tradies, bookkeepers, florists, founders — about what actually does their head in.
I don’t run courses, sell software, or talk about “AI transformation.” I sit down with you — virtually, over a cuppa and a Zoom — work out what’s eating your time, and we sort it. Properly. Together.
Admin, paperwork, follow-ups, the customer back-and-forth — the stuff that quietly drains your week. We’ll find what’s eating your time and work out how to make it simpler.
→ less overwhelm, more breathing room
You don’t need to learn every new AI tool that drops this week. Together we’ll work out what’s worth your time, what’s not, and how to get more from the tools you already pay for.
→ practical, not overwhelming
Most people aren’t after an expert — they just want someone they can ask the “silly” questions. I’ll show you what’s possible, where to start, and how to use AI so it feels useful, not intimidating.
→ confident, not confused
— the one you’ll be working with.
I live in
both worlds.
I’ve spent my career in technology — leading teams, untangling systems, translating the jargon back into plain English. I’ve also spent plenty of evenings and weekends helping run the admin side of a small trade business. my carpenter husband got his Saturdays back — he’s not complaining.
What I’ve learned is that most small businesses don’t need another complicated system. They need someone who can help them work out what actually matters — and give them the confidence to take the next step. That’s what her.sorted is. Practical mentoring, real conversations, and small wins that add up.

Two questions. Takes 60 seconds. Genuinely shapes what I build first — every answer gets read at the kitchen table over a cuppa.
